Course Agenda

This course is an active, fast paced immersive learning environment for those who want to learn sills and immediately put those skills into practice.  The course is trained in three ways.  Demonstration, Theory, and Practice.

  • This is a two day course.  Day two builds on day one learnings
  • Check in begins at 8:00 am each day a lite breakfast is provided
  • The course begins promptly at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm each day.
  • A morning and afternoon break is included in each day’s agenda
  • Lunch is 1 hour.  You are welcome to bring lunch or visit one of the local restaurants withing walking distance of the training venue. 

Participants leave this course with:

  • A step by step manual that explains the methods in detail with timed agendas
  • 1 Hour of free coaching provided by your trainers to use when you need it
  • Access to our Free quarterly community of practice virtual sessions
  • Access to the Great Plains ToP Faciliator Facebook Group

Participate in method demonstrations to get the participants perspective and get grounded in the power of the methods

We Share Theory

Trainers walk you through the demonstrations, pulling back the curtain on what makes the methods work
